CA Type: Second-generation design with machined one-piece brass cage and reinforced symmetrical rollers. Rated load capacity is the same as CC type and fully interchangeable with CC type.

CA series spherical roller bearings are widely used in crushers, vibrating screens, metallurgy, rolling mills, mining, petroleum, papermaking, cement, sugar milling, printing machinery, woodworking machinery and other industries.

The CA type features two rows of symmetrical spherical rollers, a common spherical raceway on the outer ring, and two raceways on the inner ring inclined at an angle to the bearing axis, providing excellent self-aligning performance. The bearing can operate normally even when the shaft is bent under load or misaligned during installation. The self-aligning capability varies with different bearing size series, with a typical allowable alignment angle of 1~2.5 degrees. This type of bearing has high load capacity; besides radial loads, it can also withstand bidirectional axial loads and features good impact resistance.
